20+ Years of Institutional
Development Leadership
Now Serving Metro Vancouver's Most Complex Projects
Partnering in the Quest to
Build Better Communities
After more than two decades leading projects with renowned developers like Ledcor Property Investments, Hungerford Properties, and Polygon Homes, we founded LinkQuest Development to support organizations that are driven by purpose but may not have full in-house development teams.
From complex urban housing approvals to market and institutional redevelopments, LinkQuest provides senior-level leadership without permanent overhead.
Many organizations—whether nonprofits, churches, emerging developers, or growing companies—need more than a consultant; they need a trusted partner who can step in with executive-level experience and help lead the way. That's where LinkQuest comes in.
"LinkQuest reflects how we work: We 'link' people, ideas, and expertise—and walk alongside our clients on the 'quest' to build meaningful, lasting communities."

Our Values
People Centric
Behind every project is a simple conviction: we develop places for people. The homes, spaces, and neighbourhoods we bring to life are where people live, work, connect, and thrive — often for generations. Our clients entrust us with land, vision, and responsibility. We transform that trust into places that create lasting value and matter.
Relationships
Complex projects move forward through trust. We earn that trust by bringing the right people together, opening the right doors, and building strong relationships with clients, consultants, municipalities, funders, and communities. We think beyond individual transactions because enduring relationships are what turn ambitious visions into delivered projects.
Diligence
Every recommendation we make is earned. Grounded in verified information, current conditions, and disciplined analysis, we test assumptions, identify risks early, and communicate with clarity — so our clients make confident, informed decisions. Where a project is pointed at the beginning determines where it lands. We set the course and carry it from conception to completion.
Returns
We pursue returns in full: financial, missional, and community. Land should be activated to serve its highest purpose — creating value for its owners and the people and communities it supports. The strongest developments do not require a choice between purpose and performance. They deliver both.
