Received unanimous council approval for its visionary approach. As Senior Development Manager for Hungerford Properties, led the rezoning and delivery strategy for a complex multi-partner mixed-use redevelopment comprising seniors’ affordable housing, REIT-acquired rental, and retail. Structured the partnership with Odd Fellows Low Rental Housing Society and Terra Special Projects, aligning private capital with community housing objectives. Winner of the UDI 50th Anniversary Award for Excellence (2022).
